Return Process
Visit your region's official Joyoung Website
Please ensure you are visiting the Joyoung official website dedicated to your region.
Complete the Online Form
Click "Apply for Return" and complete the PDPA consent form and Product Return Form. Your returns request will be processed after submission of the Product Return Form.
Product Pick-Up
Within 2-3 working days, our customer service team will contact you to arrange for product pick-up. Please pack the product in its original packaging before pick-up.
Warehouse Inspection
Within 3–5 working days after receiving the product, Joyoung warehouse will inspect the returned product.
Refund Processing
After the product passes inspection, Joyoung will process the refund to your bank account within 3–5 working days.
Important Notice
- The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to the following conditions:

- 02Water damage, unless the product is waterproof
- 03Unauthorized repair or modification
